PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade's PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty to read and manage incidents, on-call schedules, teams, and services via the PagerDuty API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management — retrieve individual incidents by ID, list incidents with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range), update incident status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen), and reassign incidents to specific users.
  • Activity & audit — list log entries (the account-wide activity feed) covering triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call & scheduling — list on-call entries with optional filters and browse all schedules.
  • Services & escalation policies — look up individual services or escalation policies by ID, or list them across the account.
  • Teams & users — list teams and users, retrieve a team's full membership and linked resources, fuzzy-search users by name or email, and fetch the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification details.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the PagerDuty auth provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty provider docs for configuration details, required scopes, and setup steps.
